TAGGING

YOUR ITEMS

In order to tag your items, you must first register to sell in the current sale. Fairydust has partnered with  My Consignment Manager for our bar-coded tagging system. This will show you what items sold and if it sold for half price. You will also be able to keep track of items sold each day!

PLEASE PRINT TAGS WITH FULL INK!!! BAD TAGS WILL HOLD UP THE CHECK OUT LINES!!!

Suggested Supplies: Card Stock paper (LIGHT COLORS ONLY), Safety Pins, baggies and masking tape. Most of this you can get from any dollar store!

~Returning consignors / new consignors, please read the information carefully as there have been some changes made to improve our sale.~

Due to the current demand of sizes and our rack space, we have made the following limitations:

Infant clothing:  25 pieces TOTAL (not per size) of each gender, size 0-18mo  and 25 item in sizes 18-24 mo.  Keep in mind that there is a lot of competition when you are pricing these items.

Maternity clothing: 15 ITEMS PER SELLER

Stuffed Animals :  NOT ACCEPTING

Children’s shoes: STRICTLY ENFORCING only up to kid size 5

No Adult shoes

No receiving blankets or Crib Bedding Sets

There is no limit on all other children's sizes or items. Sellers may sell up to 200 of their own items.

There will be an additional $8.00 consignor fee for items over the first 200.

Sellers will receive 70% of their sales minus an $8.00 consignor fee.

 CLOTHING:

We are accepting Spring and Summer Apparel Only
We will be going through all the clothes when you check in and will not accept clothing that is not in excellent condition.

Please bring your clothing in size order when you drop off. After we approve all your items we will ask for you to put them on the racks in the proper size or place.
PLEASE BRING A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE WHEN YOU DROP OFF. IF WE DO NOT HAVE ONE WE WILL DEDUCT $1 FOR THE COST OF THE STAMP AND ENVELOPE. THANK YOU!!!

  In addition, all clothing must be cleaned and not wrinkled with no tears, stains or worn appearance.  Clothing must be sorted by sex/gender and size. CLOTHES must be hung with the hook pointing to the left and the tag on the right shoulder if you are facing it. (Make a question mark with the hanger.)

PLEASE USE WIRE HANGERS FOR SPACE PURPOSES

**ALL ITEMS MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 5 YEARS**

  CHILDREN’S SHOES:

Only 10 pairs of shoes will be accepted per seller.  They will only be accepted if they are in excellent condition.  Sellers can use zip ties, ribbon, or safety pins to keep shoes together.  If they are in plastic bags, shoppers can’t see if they are in good condition.

 TOYS AND EQUIPMENT: 

Sports equipment, toys and baby equipment must be clean and in working condition.  Toys with multiple pieces must be secured together with tape or in Baggies.  Please no grab bag type toys or stuffed animals.  Toys must be nice, clean and work.  No toys without all pieces or that do not work will be accepted.  Equipment/Toys with more than 1 piece must be secured together and made difficult to detach.  This is very important so pieces don’t get lost or sold with missing parts.  If it is an electronic toy, it must have working batteries so that a customer can try it out.  Puzzles can be covered with plastic wrap to keep pieces together.

Nothing heavly worn, faded or out of date/style

 Strollers, high chairs, car seats, and playpens etc.:

Must have all parts. Must be thoroughly cleaned and in excellent condition to be accepted.  NOT OVER 5 YEARS OLD. Car seats should not have been in any car accidents. Please see recalled car seats at www.carseats.org

LOOSE ITEMS:

like bibs, cloth diapers, bottles, bows, etc. Must be in clear Ziploc type bags with the tag attached to the INSIDE of the bag with a safety pin. We suggest using clear packing tape for securing the bags closed. This prevents "little" hands from reaching in.
